NOIDED is a non-profit DIY label focusing on physical media releases. We are passionate about discovering and supporting innovative artists pushing the boundaries of electronic music and visual arts.
If you’re interested in releasing your work with us, please carefully read and follow the submission guidelines below:
• First up: No hate. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive music community. We welcome artists of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences, and we believe in amplifying unique voices within experimental electronic music. Creativity knows no boundaries, and neither do we.
• Genres: Experimental electronic, glitch, ambient, industrial, IDM, noise, and other abstract or avant-garde styles. Striking visual art projects will be considered also.
• We prioritize unique, forward-thinking music with a strong artistic vision.
• Please submit finished albums or EPs. We are not accepting demos or works-in-progress at this time. Minimum 15 minute runtime for full project.
How we work:
If we release your project, we do a limited initial run of up to 20 numbered copies of your project. You will receive 6 copies of the 20 produced (or 25% if less). We keep one for our archive, and sell the remaining copies. Revenue made from the sales pays for promotion and will go towards the next artists release. Purchasers will receive a download code for the full digital release.
We own NO rights to your music. We won’t sell your digital files and will actively promote your personal Bandcamp pages to encourage digital sales direct from you. We request one track from your release to use on compilation or sampler releases.
How to Submit:
1. Prepare Your Music:
• Submit a minimum of 2 tracks as streaming links (SoundCloud, Bandcamp, or private links).
• Include full versions, not snippets or teasers.
2. Provide Context:
• A brief artist bio outlining your background, location, influences, and vision.
• Details about the submitted work, including themes, concepts, and any notable technical or artistic elements where possible.
3. Visual Materials (Optional):
• If you have specific artwork or design concepts, feel free to share these for context. Be aware that your font choices may be judged quite harshly!
. We can provide artwork for your release if required.
4. Send Your Submission:
• Email your submission to noidedmedia@gmail.com
• Subject line: “Submission – Artist Name – Project Title.”
What to Expect
• Response Time: We aim to respond to all submissions within 2-3 weeks. If you don’t hear from us in that timeframe, feel free to follow up.
• Selection Process: We cannot release every submission we receive. However, we will listen to every project and will provide feedback where possible.
Additional Notes
• By submitting, you confirm that you own or have clearance for all rights associated with the music you send.
• Please do not attach large files directly to your email. Use links to streaming platforms or cloud storage instead.
• We reserve a portion of our roster for local talent. If you’re based in the North of England, please let it be known in your bio.
Thank You
